  • Cronjob Control for WordPress

    This plugin shows you all active WP cronjobs (scheduled tasks) of your weblog in the "Site Admin" area and if you want, you can stop the cronjob(s).

    Cronjob Control searches in all php-files in the default plugin directory of WordPress for the names of the active cronjobs. If a cronjob name could be found, the Cronjob Control controls if the file which contains the cronjob name is an activated plugin. If a name of an active cronjob could not found then it is relative likely that the plugin which was the initiating point of the cronjob is not in this plugin directory (and probably not on the server, too).

    requirements:

    • Javascript must be enabled (in your browser)
    • min. WP 2.1.x

    installation:

    • put the files and the folders from the archive file to the main folder of your weblog (or use an installer plugin like this Installer plugin of Matt Read )

    • activate the plugin

    update to a new version:

    • deinstall the old version and install the new one.
    • activate the plugin

    deinstallation:

    • deactivate the plugin
    • delete the folders and files
      (by default: /wp-content/plugins/cronjob_control/...)

    • This plugin recognizes the WP-own cronjob wp_scheduled_delete (new in WP 2.9), too.

    • This plugin recognizes the WP-own cronjob wp_version_check, too.

(If you like to translate Cronjob Control into your language, please have a look to this. Your .po- and .mo-file should named in this way: cronjob_control-es_ES.po or cronjob_control-es_ES.mo .This Example is for a Spanish (es) and Spain (ES) Version. The names of the files should every time begin with "cronjob_control". At last you will need a special program to create .po- and .mo-files. Possible programs are listed here)

  • Cronjob Kontrolle für WordPress

    Dieses Plugin zeigt Ihnen alle aktiven Cronjobs (zeitgesteuerte Aufgaben) Ihres Weblogs im "Site Admin" Bereich an und wenn Sie es wollen, können Sie die Cronjobs stoppen.

    Cronjob Kontrolle sucht in allen php-Dateien im Standardpluginverzeichis von WordPress nach den Namen der aktiven Cronjobs. Wenn ein Cronjobname gefunden wird, überprüft Cronjob Kontrolle, ob die Datei, die den Cronjobname beinhaltet, ein aktiviertes Plugin ist. Wenn der Name (hook) eines aktiven Cronjobs nicht gefunden wird, ist sehr wahrscheinlich, dass das Plugin, mit welchem dieser Cronjob initiert wurde, nicht mehr im Pluginverzeichnis ist (bzw. nicht mehr auf dem Server ist).

    Voraussetzungen:

    • Javascript muss aktiviert sein (in Ihrem Browser)
    • mind. WP 2.1.x

    • deaktivieren Sie das Plugin
    • löschen Sie das Verzeichnis und die Dateien
      (standardmäßig: /wp-content/plugins/cronjob_control/...)

Ihre .po- und .mo-Datei wie folgt benannt werden: cronjob_control-es_ES.po oder cronjob_control-es_ES.mo. Dies ist ein Beispiel für spanische (es) Version (ES steht hier für Spanien). Die Namen der Sprachdateien für dieses Plugin sollten immer "cronjob_control" beginnen. Um die .po- und .mo-Dateien zu erstellen, benötigen spezielle (freie) Programme.
